Hi, I'm Solette, the heart and hands behind SIP Happens. My journey began in Cape Town, behind festival bars, mixing drinks and meeting people from all walks of life. That passion carried me to Pretoria in 2010 and into the world of hotels, where I spent years as a bar and front-of-house manager, learning the craft inside out: precision, presentation, professionalism. SIP Happens was born from a simple desire, to make hospitality fun again. Not formal. Not stiff. Just great drinks, great vibes, and guests who leave smiling.
